DURANOL™ G3450J by Asahi Kasei is an amorphous polycarbonatediol (PCD) available in liquid form. It is smaller than that of solid type PCD. Possesses stress at a low strain. Shows good compatibility with polyester polyols. Exhibits excellent durability & good hydrolysis and chemical resistance. Offers excellent scratch-, abrasion- and weather resistance in high function polyurethane. Provides a softer feeling as a binder of a soft feel paint, excellent handling property and solvent solubility. DURANOL™ G3450J is designed for paints applications.
