SETALUX® 27-1551

SETALUX® 27-1551 by allnex is a hydroxyl-functional acrylic oligomer for 2K high solids industrial air dry, force dry and bake applications. It provides very good exterior durability, gloss retention and early water resistance. Suitable for topcoats and single-coat enamels for industrial applications. It is used in maintenance- & marine coatings and coatings for metal & plastics.

• It shows high solids, low VOC formulation potential (2.3-2.8 lbs/gal or less), excellent flow, DOI, leveling and good flexibility.
• Coatings formulated with SETALUX® 27-1551 exhibit excellent overall performance properties.
• It acts as a modifier for both acrylic and polyester urethane and melamine cross-linked systems.
• It has a shelf life of 3 years.
