EBECRYL® 305 by allnex is a chlorine free hydrocarbon acrylate oligomer. It provides medium viscosity and excellent adhesion to a wide range of plastic substrates. It is developed specifically to give good adhesion to polyolefin substrates in particular, uncoated polypropylene. It can be used as the major component of the pigment concentrate and as a component in the diluent. It is applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, reverse roll, and curtain coating methods. EBECRYL® 305 is suitable for use in EB & UV cured flexographic inks and coatings. The shelf life of the grade is 1 year.
