KURARAY POVAL™ L-9 by Kuraray is a porous, specialty polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) grade. It exhibits excellent water solubility, strong film-forming properties and oil & grease resistance. It provides wetting properties on polar substances, good pigmentability, adhesiveness, low ash & VOC content and emulsifying property. KURARAY POVAL™ L-9 possible applications include gas barrier coatings and polymerization (emulsion/suspension). Meets SVHC.
