UBEDISP® AW hyperdispersants series by UBE is comprised of low viscosity, polymeric wetting and dispersant additives. They are designed for water-based printing inks and coatings for stabilizing inorganic particles, such as pigments, fillers and metallic nanoparticles. They provide viscosity reduction and robust stabilization against sedimentation through a unique steric stabilization mechanism. Moreover, displays an excellent dispersion of inorganic particles, resulting an improved dispersion and better rheological behavior even at pigment high loadings. UBEDISP® AW hyperdispersants series provide higher hiding power and color strength, allowing richer and more vibrant colors. They are used in solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. The recommended level for inorganic pigments and carbon black is 0.5-3.0 wt% and up to 75 wt% respectively. The shelf life of this series is 24 months.
