Mergal® K12

Mergal® K12 by Troy Corporation is a formaldehyde-free, blend of 5-chloro-N-methylisothiazolinone, N-methylisothiazolinone and 2-bromo-nitropropan-1,3-diol. Mergal® K12 is recommended for water-borne paint. Used as a bactericide, a fungicide and an algaecide for inside applications in aqueous systems such as coatings and offset printing inks. Offers broad, balanced action spectrum against bacteria, yeasts, mold fungi and algae. The product acts quickly and is suitable for systems with a pH of 3-9.
