TRIOBAN PC NXZ

TRIOBAN PC NXZ by Trio Chemicals is 99% active, liquid defoamer for emulsion paints, architectural coatings and UV printing inks. This grade is blend of mineral oil with fatty acid esters. It controls foam and provides aeration properties during paint manufacture, filling and dilution. It retains high and long-lasting efficiency. It shows good compatibility in a wide range of systems and is effective over wide range of pH. This grade is effective in acidic or alkaline systems and efficient in high shear environment. It breaks rapid bubble in brushing or roll-outs without causing surface defects. It provides long-lasting efficiency and substantial freedom from defects such as fish eyes and surface imperfection during film formation. The suggested dosage level of TRIOBAN PC NXZ is 0.1-0.3% for matte, silk & semi-gloss paints, synthetic & natural lattices and compounding & applications.
