MICROSERE® 5871A by The International Group is an opaque, high performance, amorphous, malleable, high-melt, microcrystalline wax. It is a refined mixture of solid, saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons. This product is produced by de-oiling certain fractions from the petroleum refining process. It is more flexible, tough and higher in melting point than paraffin wax. It can bind solvents or oil. Recommended for coatings and inks applications. MICROSERE® 5871A complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3710 regulation.
