PolyFox™ PF-656 by Synthomer is a non-ionic, fluorosurfactant, wetting-, flow- and leveling agent. It is based on solvent-soluble diol functional fluorinated (C2F5) polyether polymer. It performs as a deaerator. It is a 100% active grade and does not contain significant VOC. It offers incorporation into coating formulations resulting in improved coating appearance. It provides dramatically reduced air entrainment and minimizing surface defects. It exhibits excellent solubility, completely miscible in essentially all commonly used coatings solvents. It is used in solvent-based anti-reflective-, industrial- and maintenance coatings. PolyFox™ PF-656 has a shelf life of 24 months.
