Blend of ionic & cationic surfactant. Acts as a dispersing agent. It has good wetting property and reduces surface tension and increases the surface contact angle. It is soluble in alcohol, aliphatic and aromatic solvent. The recommended dose level is 5% (w/w). Suitable for inks and paints.
