SONGSORB® CS 111

SONGSORB® CS 111 by Songwon is a mixture of dimethyl succinate-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramentyl-4-piperidinol copolymer (45-55%) and N,N',N'',N'''-tetrakis(4,6-bis(butyl-(N-methyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)amino)triazin-2-yl)-4,7-diazadecane-1,10-diamine (45-55%). Is an excellent UV stabilizer and antioxidant. Offers outstanding extraction resistance, low gas fading and low pigment interaction. It has low softening point at extrusion temperatures and extremely low volatility at cure temperatures. It reduces yellowness caused by curing and overbaking, particularly in gas ovens. It is designed to meet high performance and durability requirements of all exterior industrial applications, with amplified performances especially when used in combination with a UV-absorber such as SONGSORB®CS 928. SONGSORB® CS 111 contributes to triboelectric charging effect, which in powder coatings turns into improved efficiency of the triboelectric coating process, easier sieving of powders during manufacture and use, superior wrap-around on spraying and enhanced powder adhesion to the work piece.
