Rhodoline® DF6078

Rhodoline® DF6078 by Syensqo is a foam control agent. It may be used as received or may be pre-dispersed in water. When an aqueous pre-dispersion is used, it is necessary to provide agitation before application. Generally dilution of Rhodoline® DF6078 by Syensqo will enhance efficiency and as a result improve cost efficiency. A concentration of 0.2 to 0.5% is normally adequate. Rhodoline® DF6078 can be used either in the grind stage or let down stage; however a split addition is recommended, adding 1/3 to 2/3 prior to pigment dispersion with the balanced added during let down. Thorough agitation of the paint should follow in order to ensure adequate dispersion.
