ACTFLOW® NE-3000

ACTFLOW® NE-3000 by Soken Chemical & Engineering is suitable as an additive for adjusting the cross-linking properties of various products. It is a non-solvent, functional and reactive acrylic polymer of low-molecular-weight that has come out of molecular weight control technology. It contains 30% ethyl acetate. It is an environmentally friendly product and has excellent normal-temperature fluidity. ACTFLOW® NE-3000 can be effectively used as an additive agent to improve the alkali cleaning of resist materials and the removal of residue/sediment in photolithographic processes. By introducing the acrylic skeleton with excellent heat resistance and weatherability into urethane resins, it effectively modifies and improves the physical properties of urethane-resin-based products including paints and coating materials.
