Hollow glass microspheres T60

Soda lime borosilicate glass based hollow microspheres. Acts as a filler. Microspheres having the smallest surface area and low oil absorption rate can significantly reduce the consumption of other components in paint. Prevents fouling, corrosion, UV, yellowing and scratching. Thin gas inside the hollow glass microspheres makes coatings heat insultaing. It effectively enhances the fluidity, flexibility and smoothness of coating thereby resulting in great reduction of cracking and peeling due to thermal expansion and contraction. The viscosity of paint is not significantly increased upon high filling and thereby reduces the usage of solvents. It can reduce toxic gas emissions in the process of painting, and VOC indicator can be effectively reduced. Recommended to add at the last step, and dispersed with low-speed, low shearing force mixing equipment. The addition rate is normally about 10-20% of the total weight.
