SINOPOL 963 by Sino-Japan Chemical is polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether with HLB value of 11.7. It acts as a wetting agent, emulsifier and aqueous system dispersant. SINOPOL 963 is a non-ionic surfactant for use in pigments, paints and inks. It results in better flowing ability and working ability of emulsion paints.
