Siltech® E-2478 by Siltech is silicone-based film-forming agent. It has a medium degree of cross-linking which offers film formation. It provides a more water repellency, rubbery feel, non-yellowing, neutral surface and fast cure properties. It has been shown to be very effective as a concrete or stucco water-proofing agent. It is applicable in protective coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
