Siltech® E-2178

Siltech® E-2178 by Siltech is silicone-based film-forming agent. It has a high degree of cross-linking which offers film formation. It provides a more water repellency, paintability, rubbery feel, non-yellowing and neutral surface properties. It has been shown to be very effective as a concrete or stucco water-proofing agent. It is preferred where freeze-thaw stability is needed. It can be used as a non-wovens hydrophobic treatment. Siltech® E-2178 is applicable in protective coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
