KBM-9659 by Shin-Etsu is a tris-(triethoxysilylpropyl) isocyanurate-based coupling agent. It is used together with water or solvent-based urethane resins. It is recommended for paints & coatings. It offers improved slip property & wear resistance. It imparts heat- & water resistance, high weatherability, adhesion and good flexibility. It is TSCA listed. The dosage level of KBM-9659 is 0.5-20%.
