HAIFLON™ HF-S08S by Shanghai Fluorochem Industry is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) wax for high corrosion resistance fluorine coatings. It exhibits excellent chemical-, weather-, heat- and flame resistance. It possesses non-sticky, thermal stability and self-lubricating properties. It provides sand grain effect to the surface by enhancing scratch resistance, improving surface smooth feel and processing performance. HAIFLON™ HF-S08S finds application in printing inks, inkjet printer powders and textile drum non-stick coatings. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% in paints of the total production.
