TexMATTE 6005 by Shamrock is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate. Acts as a matting-, mar/scuff, texturing-, anti-slip- and abrasion resistance agent. Provides slip, matting, texture and abrasion resistance properties. TexMATTE 6005 White by Shamrock can be used in solvent, aqueous, and UV systems. It is used in all inks and coatings at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight. It meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.180, 177.1010, 177.1520, and 178.3790.
