Ethanolic solution of a fluoro-tenside based on polyether. Acts as a wetting agent for pigment pastes. Is biodegradable. Possesses extremely high interfacial activity. Reduces the surface tension to values of around 20 mN/m and is therefore used for wetting of non-polar substrates. Prevents the floating and flooding effects as well as cratering.
