SCHWEGO® Fluor 6238

Ethanolic solution of a fluoro-tenside based on polyether. Acts as a highly effective substrate wetting agent for solvent based and water borne coating systems. Possesses extremely high interfacial activity. It lowers the surface tension in many solvents to values of around 20 mN/m and is therefore used for wetting of non-polar substrates. Prevents the floating and flooding effects as well as cratering. Also used in pigment pastes.
