SCHWEGO® Corrit

Glycolic solution of salts. Acts as a corrosion protecting agent. Used to compensate poor preparation of the substrate and unsatisfactory painting conditions like manual derusting (residues of rust), unfavourable weather conditions, e.g. damp surfaces, careless preparation of the substrate e.g. traces of grease and difficulties caused by type of construction or location, e.g. rest rust. Converts the residual rust into a non-corroding iron organic compound and provides the long term protection against corrosion. Used in anticorrosive primers, one-coat anticorrosive systems and maintenance finishes.
