SN-WET 990 by San Nopco Limited (Sanyo Chemical) is 100% active non-ionic surfactant. It exhibits good wetting and leveling properties in aqueous and non-aqueous coating systems. It is a color acceptance improving agent. SN-WET 990 is suitable for use in water-based and solvent-based coatings. The recommended usage level is 0.1-0.5% calculated on the weight of finished paint.
