White barium sulfate extender. Produced from natural preclassified baryte concentrations, this product is notable for its narrow particle size range, with an extremely low ultra fine particle content. Is resistant to acids and alkalis, insoluble in water and organic solvents. Possesses low binder demand and low abrasiveness. Offers extremely high lightness, constant low yellow hue, lightfastness and weathering resistance. Provides extremely low electrical conductivity owing to special preparation process, and good wettability which permits high extension levels. Exhibits very good flow characteristics and good matting effect in powder coating systems. Used for powder coatings systems.
