Mixture of fatty acids, ethylene glycol and monobutyl ether. It facilitates the gellation of aliphatic solvents at room temperature with aluminium. It decreases the viscosity. Used in news print inks to provide hold out. The total usage is 1-3% of the total weight. It complies with following regulations: OSHA regulations, SARA 313 and CERCLA.
