Pigment affinity groups containing hydroxy-functional carboxylic acid ester. Acts as a wetting and dispersing agent. Improves pigment wetting. Reduces time required for grinding process and stabilizes pigment dispersion. Suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. Especially developed for solvent-based architectural paints and general industrial coatings to stabilize TiO2, extenders and other inorganic and organic pigments. Recommended dosage range is 0.80-1.5 % on TiO2, 3.0-5.0 % on inorganic pigments, 5.0-9.0 % on organic pigments or carbon black.
