It is a petroleum by-product of ethylene made of C9 fraction which is produced by pre-treatment, polymerization and distillation processes. It acts as an adhesion promoter. It possesses low acid value, good miscibility with water & ethanol, good chemical resistance, good chemical stability against acid and good adjustment of viscosity and thermal stability.
