Gasil® HP335

Gasil® HP335 by PQ Corporation is an extremely versatile matting agent based on fine particle size silica. It exhibits high internal pore volume, high purity and specially designed organic surface treatment. It offers smooth finishes and low gloss in printing inks and overprint varnishes. It is suitable for solvent- & water-based based plastic and industrial coatings. It also offers good scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides increased mechanical strength in water-based polyurethane systems. Gasil® HP335 shows high matting efficiency, transparency and moderate viscosity impact in 100% solid UV curable coatings that require high (>20µm) coatweights, as in the case of spraying or curtain coating finishes.
