SiSiB® PC1100

Gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. It acts as a coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Provides superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. Exhibits compatibility with mineral-filled phenolics, epoxies, polyamides and polybutylene terephthalate. Shows filler wetting and dispersibility in the polymer matrix. Offers higher magnetic orientation, excellent magnetic properties, higher mechanical strength, good process-ability and excellent weathering resistance. Also improves wet electrical properties and pigment dispersion. Maximizes adhesion to glass, aluminum, and steel. Increases flexural and tensile strengths before and after wet exposure. Imparts moisture resistance and allows recovery after compression. Used in inks and acrylic latex coatings.
