PUREti™ TX 400

PUREti™ TX 400 by Polygel is a zero VOC titanium chelate developed as a rheology modifier for use in low VOC water based emulsion paints. It reacts with colloid stabilized binders to impart a thixotropic structure. It also acts as a crosslinking agent. PUREti™ TX 400 has been designed to give delayed structuring when added to the paint. It can improve consistency of structure achieved from batch to batch of paint and also allows greater flexibility during the canning off process. It can be used in decorative paints, coils for temporary protection, zinc rich primer or sealer coatings and water-based thin coating.
