PUREti™ TNBT

PUREti™ TNBT by Polygel is a titanium alkoxide, tetra n-butyl titanate. Acts as a crosslinking agent. It is a reactive low freezing point catalyst and is used in direct and trans-esterification reactions. Miscible in butanol, n hexane and is rapidly hydrolyzed by water. PUREti™ TNBT is compatible with fatty ester, polyester polyol, polyester including PET, PBT and polyolefin applications. It can be used on coils for temporary protection and water-based thin coating. It is used in sol-gel coatings, zinc rich primer or sealer coatings.
