Teknotex AM 200

Teknotex AM 200 by Pidilite Industries is a broad spectrum, VOC-free, non-leaching, non-toxic, durable, non-migrating, hydrophobic antimicrobial agent. It offers efficacy against gram-positive & gram-negative bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi, molds, yeast and protozoa. It also prevents biofilm formation and deterioration & discoloration caused by bacteria, fungi, algae & yeast. It is water-dilutable and has no adverse environmental impact during its entire life cycle. It prolongs the life of an article by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and mildew. It provides hygienic freshness and resists odors through chemical protection. It retains the freshness of an article by inhibiting or resisting the growth of odor causing bacterial and mildew (fungus). It is used on all kinds of textile substrates and buffer pads (abrasive & polishing). It is suitable for fiber fill for upholstery, sleeping bags, apparels where the fiber is cotton, natural down, nylon, polyester, jute, rayon or wool and fiberglass duct board. It is recommended for humidifier belts, mattress pads & ticking, men’s underwear & outerwear, non-woven disposable diapers, non-woven PE, personal protective equipment’s & apparels and outerwear apparel. It is used in bags, tents, tarpaulins, sails & ropes, jutes, athletic & casual shoes, shower curtains and shoes insoles. Also used in throw rugs, toweling made of 100% cotton, 100% PE & blends of the two fibers, umbrellas, upholstery made of acetates, acrylic, cotton, fiberglass, nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polyolefin, polypropylene, rayon, spandex, vinyl & wool, vacuum cleaner bags & filters, women’s hosiery and women’s intimate apparel. The shelf life of Teknotex AM 200 is 6 months.
