PAT-ADD RHEOL 125

PAT-ADD RHEOL 125 by PATCHAM FZC is a non-ionic liquid rheology modifier. It demonstrates excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties and reduces the risk of roller spattering during paint application. It contributes to excellent flow and leveling and has excellent shelf stability. It is free of volatile organic components. It ensures optimal rheological properties of dispersion paints. Association interactions onto polymer binder surface as well as interaction between micelles, as formed by dissolved PAT-ADD RHEOL 125 molecules, supporting the formation of a network and viscosity increase. It is ready for use and easy workable. It shows excellent compatibility with both organic as well as inorganic rheology modifiers. Used in high PVC systems up to gloss dispersion paints and varnishes. The optimal amount of PAT-ADD RHEOL 125 to be used is system related, but generally is between 0.6 and 2.5% PAT-ADD RHEOL 125, calculated on the total weight of paint formulation. It is a REACH compliant.
