Polymeric wetting and dispersing agent. It is a most effective dispersant for the dispersion of inorganic and organic pigments, including carbon blacks, in aqueous systems. Shows strong interaction with a wide variety of pigments, thus reducing millbase viscosity, improving color development as well as storage stability and gloss. Optimizes color development of inorganic as well as organic pigments. Enables high pigment loadings, minimizes mill-base viscosity. Possesses strong prevention of pigment flocculation, floating, flooding, and pigment settling. Used in waterborne industrial paints, gloss dispersion paints, decorative paints, pigment dispersions and printing inks.
