PAT-ADD AF 72B

PAT-ADD AF 72B by Patcham FZC is fluoro-modified polysiloxane. It is clear liquid de-aerator and defoamer. Provides best balance between defoaming properties and compatibility. It is best for varnishes and paints with low pigmentation level and maintains clear film appearance. It shows excellent shelf stability and optimizes in-can appearance, creating bubble-free surfaces in liquid resins, low viscosity paints, inks and varnishes. PAT-ADD AF 72B shows excellent performances in application systems, involving high risk for air inclusion, such as systems applied by roller or spray application. PAT-ADD AF 72B is successfully applied in wide variety of substrates, including wood, plastics, metal or various primers, solventborne architectural coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings and protective coatings as well as in inks like printing, overprint varnishest, industrial finishes and furniture lacquers. It may also be considered for use in solvent-free systems. Its recommended dosage is between 0.1 and 0.8% calculated on the total weight of the system. It is a REACH compliant. It has shelf life of 24 months.
