PAT-ADD AF 32

PAT-ADD AF 32 by Patcham (FZC) is clear liquid defoamer for use in waterborne coatings like varnishes and wood-coatings. It is oil and VOC-free and based on a polysiloxane compound. It is dispersible in aqueous systems and can be incorporated by applying mild dispersion forces. It minimizes presence of “rest-foam” on liquid paint. It maintains clear film appearance and requires only low dosages. It is shear resistant, so may be used under high shear conditions. It is non-ionic and shows excellent shelf stability. Suitable for use in industrial paints, including for 2-pack and for baking systems, for flexo inks as well as for use in pigment dispersions. Its recommended dosage rate is between 0.05 and 0.4% on the total weight of formulation and 1% for pigment dispersions. PAT-ADD AF 32 is a REACH compliant.
