ULTRASOLVE® P 240 A

Phenyl glycol ether. Acts as a coalescence agent and solvent. It is a mixture of glycol ethers made up of monoethylene glycol phenyl ether (75% in weight) and of diethylene glycol phenyl ether (25% in weight). ULTRASOLVE® P 240 A is stable in the presence of acids as well as alkalis and compatible with organic as well as inorganic compounds. Has low evaporation rate and low VOC (volatile organic compound). Used in electro-isolating varnishes and architectural paints containing PVA latex, acrylics as well as styrene-acrylics.
