PolyFox™ PF-6520

PolyFox™ PF-6520 by Synthomer is a non-ionic, 100% active, fluorosurfactant, wetting-, flow- and leveling agent. It is based on solvent-soluble diol functional fluorinated (C2F5) polyether polymer. It also performs as a de-aerator. It offers incorporation into the coating formulations resulting in improved coating appearance. It provides dramatically reduced air entrainment and minimizing surface defects. It exhibits excellent solubility and completely miscible in essentially all commonly used coatings solvents. It does not contain significant VOCs. PolyFox™ PF-6520 is used in solvent-based industrial-, maintenance and anti-reflective coatings. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
