Borchi® Gol 3739

Polyether modified methyl polysiloxane dissolved in dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether (75% active in Dowanol® DPnB). Acts as a wetting agent. Improves wetting of coating over plastics, resinous wood surfaces and steel contaminated with oil/ grease. Reduces surface tension of water-based paints. Soluble in butyl glycol, butyl diglycol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 1-methoxy 2-propyl acetate and water. Partly soluble in N-methyl pyrrolidone. Compatible with most kinds of water based binder systems. Suitable for waterborne/ aqueous paint and coating systems. Highly recommended for use in automotive, industrial wood & furniture, and industrial coatings. Recommended dosage is 0.1 - 0.3 % by weight of the total formulation.
