Borchi® Gen 1750

Borchi® Gen 1750 by Borchers is a high molecular weight, VOC-free, wetting and dispersing agent. It is specifically designed for dispersing and stabilizing transparent & opaque iron oxide pigments, iron oxides, inorganic pigments and extenders in water-based coating systems. Low viscosity grinds allow for up to 40% pigment loading with transparent iron oxide pigments and over 60% with opaque iron oxides. Borchi® Gen 1750 possesses small particle size dispersions producing high transparency. It provides long-term dispersion stability with no settling is possible when combined with Borchi® Gel PN or NA. It is used in automotive and wood coatings. The recommended dosage level for transparent iron oxide is 50-70 %, titanium dioxide is 4-8 %, inorganic pigments is 5-15 % and organic pigments is 25-70 %.
