Actmix® CTP-80GE F500

Actmix® CTP-80GE F500 is a cyclohexylthiophthalimide. Acts as a vulcanization retarder. It can prolong total vulcanizing time. It can improve processing safety and not affect properties of vulcanizates with sulfenamides or thiazoles. It can significantly improve the storage stability of unvulcanized rubber and high temperature processing safety performance. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in nature and synthetic rubber compounds (tire /conveyor belt, shoe soles). Its recommended dosage rate is 0.2-2.0 phr and will be blooming if more than 5.0 phr.
