Actmix® MBS-80GE F200 is a 80 wt% N-oxydiethyl-2-benzthiazolsulfenamide. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It has good anti-scorch effect and a high degree of cross-linking. In the low-sulfur, sulfur-containing rubber alcohols and thiuram accelerator, NOBS can delay scorch. The vulcanized rubber has good heat aging properties and good compression set and the scorch time of rubber will be significantly reduced. It is compatible with natural rubber, synthetic rubber, NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in rubber shoes.
