CE-400T by Negami Chemical Industrial acts as a matting- and anti-scratch agent with middle-hardness. It is a spherical, crosslinked, polyurethane resin. It shows excellent dispersibility and solvent & weather resistance. It imparts excellent flexibility, toughness, low temperature stability and scratch resistance. CE-400T is used in paints and coatings.
