NAM-D by Nagase Specialty Materials is a nano-precipitated calcium carbonate. It is designed for printing inks application. It can be available in the form of cube, spindle, rod and flake. It is a partial replacement of titanium dioxide. Exhibits narrow particle size distribution, modified surface and high purity. Can improve thixotropic properties, speed up drying time and imparts gloss. NAM-D does not affect the whiteness of the finished product.
