NAM-A by Nagase Specialty Materials is a surface modified, nano-precipitated calcium carbonate. It is a partial replacement of titanium dioxide. It does not affect the whiteness of finished product. Exhibits narrow particle size distribution and high purity. Can improve thixotropic properties, speed up drying time and imparts gloss. NAM-A is recommended for coatings applications. It can be available in the form of cube, spindle, rod and flake.
