CERETAN® MM 8920

Spherical, micronized montan wax. Acts as a matting agent as well as a scratch and rub resistance agent. Shows ideal surface properties, excellent adhesion on porous, uneven, flexible and soft substrates. It is less hydrophobic than other micronized waxes, ideal for low surfactant formulations and it is designed for hydrophilic systems/pigments. It is easy to disperse due to spherical shape and offers maximum, constant and narrow particle size distribution. Used in powder, can, furniture, automotive, parquet and industrial coatings as well as in high quality printing inks (overprint, screen, flexographic, offset and intaglio inks).
