Silwet® L-7280 Surfactant by Momentive Performance Materials is organosilicone. Acts as a surface tension reducing-, wetting-, flow and leveling- and air release agent. Used in waterborne, water-reducible, radiation cure, conventional solvent-borne and high solids coatings. Silwet® L-7280 Surfactant offers moderate foaming properties, overcoatability and gloss retention.
