Silquest™ Y-11699 by Momentive Performance Materials is secondary amino-functional silane. Acts as an adhesion promoter and coupling agent. It generally affords greater bonding or adhesion promotion to inorganic substrates. Can typically improve shelf stability in various resin systems. Silquest™ Y-11699 provides a controlled cure with a by-product of the coupling or crosslinking mechanisms that have a lower impact on the environment.
