MIPELON™ PM-200

MIPELON™ PM-200 by Mitsui Chemicals improves the abrasion resistance and sliding property and decreases the coefficient of friction. It is a halogen-free, easy to mold, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion, innovative processability and high durability. Also, displays matteness, superb processability, high chemical resistance and low to none water absorption. MIPELON™ PM-200 is designed for acrylic and urethane-based paints and coating materials. Also, used in lubricant-, matte- and tactile modifier coating applications. It is food contact acceptable.
